Highland Lakes Free Screensaver is a nice screensaver that includes amazing images of lakes from different parts of the world. The images offer fantastic landscapes with valleys, mountains, crystalline waters, etc. All images are of great quality and they seem to be taken by a professional photographer. They are shown with a different transition effect, which, unfortunately, you cannot customize. Another drawback is that the screensaver doesn't include music or sounds, which is a shame since it would make it much more enjoyable.
The settings menu includes a small previewer which enables you to see some of the included pictures before running the screensaver. There, you will also be able to customize the time the images remain on the screen, the image transition time, screen brightness and video settings. If you want, you can also add a FPS counter and a 24h or 12h clock.
All in all, Highland Lakes Free Screensaver is a nice screensaver that will help you decorate your screen with breathtaking scenes completely for free.
